• Northstar NM is a Cooperative Educational Service (CES) vendor making it easy to procure our services.
• From pre-construction to project closeout, we function as an extension of your team through open collaboration, clear communication and delivering accurate and timely information throughout the life cycle of your project.
• We serve as an extension of your staff advising you, the owner, and acting as a single point of contact for the project team.
• We are the liaison between the project  team, architect, engineers, contractors, and the owner.
• We provide leadership to the project team, fostering a positive team attitude and promoting harmony and cohesion.
• We ensure all phases of the project from pre-construction,  design, construction and all the way through the 11 month warranty period are properly coordinated and scheduled so the project runs smoothly.
