Alcalde Elementary School

Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

Previously housed in an all portable campus, this new school consists of classrooms, administrative wing, library, kitchen, cafeteria, and gymnasium.  Site improvements included new playgrounds, parking lots, bus loop, parent pick-up and drop-off area, landscaping, site lighting and utilities, as well as a new pump house for fire suppression.
