Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

This project consisted of a new 100,000 square foot facility that included a natatorium with 3 bodies of water, full size gymnasium with 4 basketball courts and a jogging track above the courts.  The facility also includes a climbing wall, 8 lane bowling alley, full-size gaming room, community event center, full-size and full-service kitchen, outdoor amphitheater and walking trails.
