ETS  Fairview Elementary School

Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

Construction included twenty new classrooms, a media center, new administrative suite, restrooms and kitchen.  New roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology and fire protection system were also part of the project.  Site work included new playground, parking lots, bus loop, parent pick-up and drop-off area, landscaping, site lighting and utilities.
