About this project
Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.
The Los Niños Elementary School project included building systems upgrades including a new HVAC system, new fire protection/suppression system throughout, complete lighting replacement, complete plumbing and restroom renovation, and security and kitchen upgrades, as well as partial roof replacement. The project also included a 10,000 square foot addition for a new administrative wing and additional classrooms.
