New Mexico Highlands University Rodgers Hall Administrative Building

Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

Renovation of the historic Rodgers Hall included a heritage room, new Board of Regents meeting room, conference rooms, classroom, office space and restrooms.  The New Mexico Historical Preservation Department was involved as this building is in the New Mexico Historical Registry.  This project was a Seed Silver Project.
