Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

This project consisted of complete renovation of 316 apartment units in Albuquerque, New Mexico over a span of 2 1/2 years. New roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades, casework, flooring and appliances, as well as interior/exterior painting were all a part of this project.  Our client for this project was the Cesar Chavez Foundation out of Los Angeles, California.
