Sierra Vista Primary School

Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

This project was a phased addition at the occupied Sierra Vista Primary / White Mountain Elementary Campus.  The new facility housed full-day kindergarten, programs for 3-4 year old children, New Mexico Pre-K, Head Start, a new administrative wing, new library, as well as a new gymnasium.  Site improvements included new utilities, bus loop, and parent drop-off and pick-up areas and new playgrounds.
