NMHU Media Arts and Technology Building - Historical Trolly Building

Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

This building was known as the "Historical Trolly Building" and only consisted of 3 walls and a concrete slab before construction started.  It is on the New Mexico Historical Preservation Registry.  The new building consists of the University's Media Arts and Technology Departments with classrooms, administrative area, as well as a "green screen" room.  This was a LEED Silver project and a multi-award winner including the Architectural Heritage Award.
