Northstar, NM LLC served as the full service Owner's Representative for this project.

Our firm served as Owner's Representative/Project Manager and worked with Fosters and Partners in London, as well as design teams throughout the United States for the 250 million design/construction of the worlds first purpose built spaceport.  The project included the design and construction of internal and external roadways, freshwater system, waste water system, 10,000 foot long runway, Spaceport Operations and Command Center and the 97,000 square foot Terminal Hanger Facility (Gateway To Space) for the anchor tenant Virgin Galactic.
